François joined Bilendi in 2023 as Group Legal Director. He is in charge of all the legal aspects (corporate, contracts, GDPR compliance, acquisitions...) and of ESG matters. After numerous years as a lawyer (avocat) in M&A, François worked for international companies, leaders in their markets. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Paris I (Master 2 in Law and Master 2 in Business Law) and of HEC (Corporate Finance ICCF) and holds an MBA.
Dopo diversi anni in varie società dedicate all’informatica, Hervé ha fondato Elma nel 1998; questa società di servizi IT è stata poi integrata nel gruppo Bilendi nel 2000.

Liliana joined Bilendi in 2015 as Operations Director for Europe. With 15 years’ experience on the online panels sector, Liliana has held various positions within the industry, as operations team manager, cross-functional roles in change management, as well as promoter of the online panel activity within international market research organizations.
At Bilendi, Liliana is in charge of defining and implementing group level operations processes and procedures, as well as defining the technical evolutions and innovations necessary for running the Panel activity.

Luigi joined Bilendi in November 2021 as Country Manager for The Netherlands. Hansley joined the Bilendi Group in October 2010 as Project Manager. In 2012 he was promoted as Head of the Project Management Division and actively participated in the creation of the Group’s project management tool. He played a pivotal role in the migration and integration of the German panel acquired by the group. He also piloted the introduction of scripting services to the Group activities.
In 2015, he returned to Mauritius, his country of origin, to create Bilendi Services Ltd, the production center of the Group. He currently manages the team in Mauritius focusing on four different business units which are: Project Management, Quotation Management, Scripting and Data Processing.

Swarna joined Bilendi Services in February 2022 as Data Processing Manager with 9 years experience going through different phases of data analysis, data reporting, fieldwork and market research across various industries.

Genito joined Bilendi in February 2015 as a Senior Project Manager and at beginning of 2016 he was appointed as Head of Operations for the UK office where he oversees a team of Projects Managers that support all client’s needs on Full-service studies, Omnibus, Communities set-up and Sample only projects.

Bennie is an expert in affiliate marketing, email marketing and media buying. He joined the company in September 2014 as Account Manager, a year later he assumed what is his current position Account Director. He is responsible for business development across the media team for both new and current clients.
Prior to his appointment he worked for big data companies Teradata and Progressive Digital Media. Bennie has been helping brands and agencies increase the performance of their online marketing projects for over 15 years.

Davide works as a Business Development Director and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Italian office. He has been working in the market research sector for over 30 years: in 2007 he was one of the founders of VIA! company (acquired by Bilendi group in 2019), which deals with data collection and field management through its own Italian panel; after having held the role of CEO of VIA! for 5 years, he became Business Development Manager.
In 2000 he also founded 3Quality company, still directed by him, specializing in personal field services and traditional research.

Chiara has been working as a Panel Manager since 2012, year in which she began her experience in the market research sector in VIA! company (acquired by the Bilendi group in 2019). After a few years in which she worked on the proprietary panel of VIA! through its operational management and support to panelists, she is now in charge of all the processes related to panel (acquisitions, management, privacy ...) and actively collaborates with all the departments of the company (Sales, PM, Finance, Management).

Gianluca has been working in the Market Research sector since 2003. Graduated in Social Psychology, he began as a qualitative researcher, and then progressively also dealt with quantitative research.
After working in several Research Institutes, in 2010 he joined Via! as Project Manager and Scripter; here he was able to put at the service of his clients the skills of researcher quali-quantitative acquired in previous years, allowing him to better understand their requests and support them in all stages of research. He has also actively contributed to the growth and development of the company through the training of new PMs.
In 2019, after the acquisition of Via! by Bilendi, Gianluca became Head of Project Management; currently, in addition to performing the activity of Project Manager, he leads the Italian team of PMs, coordinating their activities, providing support and defining the standards to be followed.

He has been active in the field of market and social research since the early 1990s. Otto was founder and board member of respondi AG and has been chairman of the board of the German Society for Online Research (DGOF) since 2013. With the merger of Bilendi and respondi, he took on the role of Corporate Integration Director.
